Our inaugural Prattville Pride event at Cooter’s Pond Park in Prattville, Alabama, on June 23, 2024, was an unforgettable success, bringing together nearly 3,000 attendees and over 50 vendors for a day filled with live entertainment, community outreach, and celebration. The event was widely praised, with organizations like the ACLU calling it one of the best and most well-executed inaugural Pride events they had ever seen.

Our efforts even gained national recognition, earning us a feature on Good Morning America and a prestigious GLAAD Award. None of this would have been possible without the financial support of our sponsors/donors, the dedication and hard work of our volunteers, and the love of our community! We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support from our pride family and allies, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together.
